A beautiful catalog published on the occasion of an exhibition of the same name at the Gagosian Gallery in Beverly Hills. Sam Francis (1923-1994) was an American painter and printmaker. He was inspired by many contemporary Abstract Expressionists at the time and went on to have a successful career in the arts both in the United States and abroad.
